"We returned from a week long vacation out of state, and our first night back, the furnace broke around 3 am, during the coldest stretch of temps we have experienced ever since living in our house. They answered the call on their 24 hour line, without hesitation and assured me that their tech would be to our house no later than 8 am. He also informed me that the tech still was finishing a current job, and had one more still to go before he could be here. Mind you, this was at 3 am, and the tech was in Canton....we live in Chesterfield. Thinking this was too good to be true, I called 3 others just in case, and none of them even bothered to answer the call. Just as promised, they were here when they said they would be, and were immediately able to diagnose what our issue was. Later that day, the owner called my wife and assured her that they would be able to get us up and running within the next 24 hours, for an EXTREMELY reasonable and friendly price. Again, we called a couple other places to compare pricing and estimated time of install, and neither could even come close. They arrived the following day, as promised, and also got us up and running at the price they quoted. Even advised us against incurring an extra cost that we thought we wanted to include. Everyone at Charest was kind, professionable, knowledgeable, and all around a pleasure to work with. I work in a customer service industry, and I can only hope that my employees would be able to provide the level of service my family and I were provided over that span.
